togilvie@OgilvieLawOffice.com Mr. Ogilvie practices in the areas of general civil litigation, contracts, dispute resolution, family law, health law, and employment law, . His preferred method of conflict resolution is by mediation, collaborative, and other alternative dispute resolution methods. Mr. Ogilvie enjoyed an extensive and successful career as a healthcare executive and consultant prior to opening the OGILVIE LAW OFFICE in 2001. He continues to be involved in the healthcare industry by representing and advising various providers (i.e., physicians, pharmacists, nursing homes, and other providers) on various business and professional issues.
In 1991 he married his long-time sweetheart, DeAnn (a pharmacist and long-term care executive). They have one daughter and one son. He and his family attend Crossroads Bible Church and host a weekly Bible study at their home.
