2.0 "I would represent myself before having this firm "help" "

  • +They did return phone calls...
  • -"Zelous" is literally the first word of their slogan, and this was the exact experience we had. two years ago a close family friend passed and my husband was left as the sole Benificiary to his estate. He originally was first in line to be executor, but due to distance the deceased had this changed of which only the third option was avalible, and possibly for the best at the time as shortly after a month my husband had a stroke and I had to step in as power of attorney to what was constant complaining from the executor. they were already being gifted 4 vehicles on top of their executor fees, but after the sale of a home at half the taxed value raised a red flag, it was noted on the attempted closing of the estate that the executor also used a family business to clean the home with a questionable timeline and cost that was double dipping in our impression. Upon questioning They legal representation of the estate from this firm, a response was give from the executor, belittling and even allowed the executor to shame our deceased friend, talking about his naked body parts, and "Who" gave them "AIDs." deplorable, and emotionally disturbing as this was, the letter red flagged both the lawyer's and executor's actions with self interest, actually admitting that the inventory of the estate was not officially done and that a number, AT THIS LAWYER's RECOMMENDATIONS, only 500-, was used to fabricate the estate value!! After much back and forth, long enough for my husband gain Awareness, we hired a lawyer who helped settle this issue, at which the executor was recommended to get a seperate lawyer from apart from this firm. In the end this lawfirm took around 15% of what was a small estate, and in addition caused 1000's of dollars in financial cost to both the executor and sole Benificiary sepertly. As agreed upon, ashes of the discussed where not shared with the Benificiary until almost a year after they were cremated... I would say that ANYONE who represents others with "zeal" is clearly partisan and NOT informed, and will more than likely end up causing more harm than good. Personally they made us VERY aware of who we would, and Would NOT want dealing with our estates upon passing!
